Want to exchange or return a product? It’s quick and easy in three steps!

You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it, and we’ll ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days after receiving the return.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download the return form here and complete it fully.

Step 2: Send back your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. Make sure to include a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you’re responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we’ll ensure the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five business days.
